(WW) Sims not changing to nude when using spa objects/not getting dressed after a shower or bath

My game is updated and I have the latest WW and MCC. So I noticed my sims do the changing rotation like they are gonna switch to the nude/get dressed but they never do. They get naked for the shower/bath/sex but never put clothing back on after then with any of the spa items they never get naked and jus preform the animation like they are before and after.
