Decided to make a new playthrough, I probably have a lot of intensive mods that my new game just crashes within' the first few steps (mainly outside).

I need some help to know which mod is more heavier than the other, so I will list them down (don't really know whats heavy or not, list them anyway).

Alphabetical Order:

- 3DNPC 3.42 (Updated from 3.10)

- Deviously Cursed Loot 6.3 (Updated from 6.2)

- Extra Guards 1.4 (Updated from 1.2)

- Follower Live Package (Newly Install)

- Frostfall

- Guard Dialogue Overhaul (GDO)  (Newly Install)

- High Level Enemies - SIC (Updated)

- Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul 4.0.1 (Updated from 3.3.2)

- Immersive Patrols II 2.10 (Updated from 2.03)

- Realistic Needs and Diseases

- Relationship Dialogue Overhaul (RDO) (Newly Install)

- Relighting Skyrim

- Skyrim Immersive Creatures (SIC)

- Wet and Cold

- Zaz Animation 8.0 (Updated from 6.11)

Those are probably the main ones.

I suggest you post your full modlist (because it could be a incompatible mod, check your skyrim logs, tell us if you're playing oldrim or special edition

and maybe your pc specs

because I have most of these mods and I have a stable 59 - 64 fps and never got a crash

Well I use to get plagued by CTDs here and there and around Whiterun approach or any major city, I run around 300+ mods have fighting it for 6 months I rebuilt my game build took 2 days to install my favorite ones. The moment I installed Immersive patrols II I was plagued again with CTDs.
Humor me, uninstall "immersive patrols II" and with a clean save or new start , you might find that all the places were they would generate NPCs walking or patrols might run smoother.
I also looked over immersive patrols II posts on nexusmods and others have complained of the same CTDs.

But heck, if that is not your issue, then lucky for you if its not the issue.
The only two I have not tested or used is your two guard mods.

also running wet and cold with Frostfall might be an issue as many state also.

I run frostfall 3.2.1 + camping 1.9.1 and it works fine for me in game on old rim since the later versions are borked for some reason.

My comments are only do to what you shared as a generalized basic list.

I remember using both wet and cold, frostfall together. It works fine for me in the last years.

I would try to uninstall Immersive Patrols II to see if that's the problem. I never had it CTDing me until I recently updated it to the latest version for the new game.

Speaking of which, I should edit the post of what's changed from my old playthrough.

cool at least wet and cold you can rule that out.

I will not stick immersive patrols II in my build until a patch or it gets some needed activity on the mod which has been untouched for so long with posts backing up on it. come to think about it, I remember the original worked for me prior to the II version. ;)
I found this out on a game start the running straight to whiterun passing near the Giant and companions would CTDs 19/20 times
unistalled only that, and my CPU gained FPS and fan ran slower, and did not jitter, I tried installing it in later after a week or so, and the CTDs were back like crazy and my cooling fan was screaming again.

FYI I run oldrim and new rim, on my old rim I grabbed the latest versions and the scripts are bugged, maybe ok for SE version the later version work, but I listed the two camping and frostfall versions that are the latest ones which still work ok on old rim.

Seems to still crash thus far. Even without Immersive Patrols II.

did you start a new start as a test?  then just go back to an old save afterwards.

still crashed? on load or in game and where?

when was the last savegamecleaner did you run? have you ever used save game cleaner?
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/

if your still loading an old save , some saves linger to holding old orphaned script and forms and junk that keeps getting reloaded and re-saved each time. sometimes it might be needed to clean a save game file.

but corrupted saves that a cleaner can not fix are just corrupted, I have had those too in the past. Also save a game files to roll back to that did work and known to work. better loss a days game or a weeks worth vs a level 47 character.

ALSO make sure you do not have any auto save function on after sleep or travel or going through doors, only save in quite places or give your cpu a chance to catch up before doing manual saves only.

Used a new game.

I seem to have noticed that all my crashes are open world.

Ahh ok so your only getting outdoor crashes, any reoccurring place? like a spawn spot.
then you might have and encounter spot or a missing mesh such as encounter also.

maybe running papyrus might help you locate it!

when was the last time you verified you game build against steam?
>>> sometimes installs by a MO or manual mess up original vanilla files.
also could be ini settings could be off also.
Sorry forgot to ask that should have been the first thing to get out of the way.

Random crashes in open world are most likely memory related. You need to sort out a few things.

Block allocation - 2 options here . You can download crash fixes mod (it has a built in memory config) or create an SKSE ini file with the following-

[Display]
iTintTextureResolution=2048

[General]
ClearInvalidRegistrations=1
EnableDiagnostics=1
[Memory]
DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768
ScrapHeapSizeMB=256

Pathway is Data/SKSE/SKSE.ini

Personally I use crash fixes but dont use its block allocation and go for the SKSE.ini.

Vram - At the very least use Enboost for its vram sorcery. Ill leave it to you to research it.

And lastly no system specs so its possible your load order is too ambitious for your specs.

As for outdoor crashes, I noticed its the path from Helgen to Riverwood. Riverwood to Whiterun. Which means I crash outside somewhere out of towns.

I verified my cache like around last year.

Not sure about the ini settings. I'll set up the one that was last edited, which was probably used 2 years ago.

Papyrus didn't really help. It does provide errors  most errors come from the DD mods, Zaz Anim, Wet and Cold and SOS.

I got these settings and Crash Fix. I'll see about the VRAM with enboost to see if there is any difference.

Edit: Okay. Gotta say. Holy shit. The ENBoost has made the game run VERY smoothly. Like there is almost no problem.

Sadly, I crashed at a specific spot.
