Problem with WW

So somewhere between today and yesterday, something has altered in the game. I have done 2 mod updates and since removed as a start of trying to find the problem. 

When i get the sim to do a WW, it starts the animation and then queues up the commands and then stops in the space of about 3 seconds. 

Has anyone else had this problem?

Update on above

They wont stop, the animations got stuck on a loop and i had to exit the game to get them to stop. it wouldn't allow me to cancel the animation.
