Help to The Sim 4 1.36.1021020

I have The Sim 4 cat and dog version 1.36.1021020.

I have installed :

1) WickedWhims 3.2.4.122b - 15 January 2018

2) WW_Amra72_Animations_NAP_V1.3a Final

 

The mod works but the lower part of the man, including the penis, is invisible. I have already tried to install additional mods of penis without success. The penis is enabled by modification sims. Can someone help me make this beautiful mod work?

I have this same exact error! I suspect its because our game versions are outdated, but since my game is a FitGirl repack I'm not sure how to update my game.
