Vampire Lord transformation doing nothing

I use the command, and no sound, no transform, nothing. I can't pick anything up afterwards tho, or open my favorites list, so I'm wondering if the script is just really delayed or something? I don't believe my save file is bloated, its about 8 megs.

As an update, I've also tried deactivating all mods, saving a new file, reloading it and still nothing. Also, renaming Scripts folder in Data to Scripts0 and still nothing. Also, I reloaded to my save right before I became a vamp lord and when Harkon bites, the screen goes dark for a sec then abruptly goes back to normal and everyone is just standing there. I can look around, but can't move and nothing happens. I've tried the 'set dlc1vampirelorddisallow to 0' command too, and nothing.

First, I'll recommend using BOSS, unless you already are.

 

Are you using a custom race?

From everything you have I would look into all the Vampire mods and see if there Dawnguard updated. there are quite a few things that flat won't work with it. If your not getting the animation transformation the normalvampirefaces could be interfering with it. Process of elimination one by one. and don't forget archive invalidation.

 

I've tried with disabling all my mods so I don't think its a mod conflict. What is archive invalidation?
