Four play sex em up Hotkey not staying

yes when i try to set the hotkey for sex em up it flashs the letter i set then it goes back to none , please someone help me  out with this im tottaly bout to give up on modding this game the mods for it just doesnt fucking work its hell trying to get em to work . By the time time you done doing mods your not interested in playing the game any more its more like a game on modding fuck .

1. Completely delete 4PlaySEU through Nexus Mod Manager (right click on the mod and select "Uninstall or delete" and delete permanently).

2. Load a save that had 4PlaySEU (you'll get the usual message about the plugin not being present).

3. Save.

4. Add and install 4PlaySEU through NMM.

5. Load that save.
