Neck Seam with only mod added NPC's

Alright, so I've got an issue. It was fine at first, something I could ignore, but it's starting to get on my nerves a little bit mkay. 

 

So all NPC's that are normally in the game look BEAUTIFUL..MASTAPEICE.

 

But all NPC's added by a mod, have a HUGE noticeable neck seam issue, like I'm talking we got two different races here, man. (I'll include some pictures.)

I decided to download Intresting NPC's to test it out, and sure enough, they got the neck seam, along with every other mod added NPC.

I played around with my textures (Fair Skin Complexion), disabled them to be the CBBE textures. But the seam is still there. So maybe it's just a load order issue? I don't know, that's why I'm here. Of course ill post my load order. 

 

Im going to try to post pictures of nomral skyrim NPC's and NPC's from DIFFERENT mods, so I can show the difference and...ya know just give an idea.

I added two default NPC's (that look fine) and two from Intresting NPC's to show as example.

That's not a neck seam that is called a texture mismatch meaning you are using textures from 2 different sets. Each texture set is made to where the hands feet body and head all match in the set so that you don't have the texture mismatch but if you use textures from 2 sets or have something that overwrite the texture file then you'll get the mismatch.

But wouldn't that effect all NPC's? Why is it only modded ones that get affected? Also i cant seem to find where a mismtach would be, besides CBBE (which i didn't select the head options) fair skin should be to my knoweledge the only textures i have... ithink.

Like follower mods NPC replacers usually have textures and body meshes of their own, so look on the mod's files and see if the textures match

it's not a texture mismatch...

 

whatever npc replacer it is, it replace femalehairnord with something

it's still femalehairnord in 3dnpc head nifs

game can't find something in those heads nifs

game don't load the nif but generate the head with femalehead.nif, no tintmask

 

if that npc replace had copy paste femalehairnord editorid onto something, there would be no need to generate npc heads every time you try a mod (unless you want to give the non vanilla hair to those npc)
