any way to get this turned into a player home?

 

I know there is a mission/plot in the civil war missions that populates it with Imperials (stormcloaks if the truce mission occours during the main plot)

 

but it would be nice to have a couple of tweaks to the Sabrecat to include non-respawning boxes etc.
