[Request] Change Sex Power

I always like to play as a female because of all the nice armor and etc. However when it comes to sex I like to be a man seeking out love from women. I found out that changing sex/appearance (not race and name) shouldn't be breaking my game even if I use it frequently. So I think it'd be cool to have a power/spell that can change my sex. This power would need to remember the original appearance tho.

 

Is it possible to make such a (assumingly) simple mod?

What he/she/they said. Also, if you have the RaceMenu mod installed, you can just pre-set your appearences and quickly switch back and forth with almost no effort at all. Honestly, there really isn't a need for this type of mod. *shrug*
