Noob question, but can I use this mod for regular UNBP?

I'm not sure you can do that with skin exactly since those are equips with what I'm assuming is a glow map. Not sure skin can do that beyond reflect light sources. I'd say check out X's tut on how to do glow gear and see if its transferable to skin.
