Dual cast animation register issue (I am not sure if it is register issue)

I am having issue with dual cast after learn the perk. By press both mouse button to active dual cast, sometime the cast cancel while charging, the duration of the cancel is different from time to time, sometime it happen instantly and repeat for a while, and sometime it happen mid of the charging and sometime at the end. Some ppl call it animations stutter or something. I had tried to uninstall the game and play the clean new client w/o any mods installation to check if it is mods which cause the issue, it is not. The problem also happen in a new clean client. My mouse work well in other game, so it is not the mouse either.

 

Any knows this issue and knows a fix for it ?
