Pussies for male & male frame?

I've looked everywhere and googled quite a bit but I can't seem to find anything that will let me put a vagina on a male sim with the male frame. 

 

I was able to get vaginas on my guys a loooong time ago but it had a really ugly stitching issue.

 

Any tips or fixes anyone's found? Combos of mods or using Sims 4 Studio?
