how do i make it so every male npc already has a schlong? because i can only set it manually for them but whenever i initiate it with someone random they're in their undies unless they're set a schlong through npc settings

In sos mcm you should have a list of plugins you installed for sos. Those allow you to adjust the size and type for all npcs that can use that model, if you don't see any listed then either you did not install a plugin or you have a load order issue or another problem that is preventing the plugin from showing up in sos mcm.

 

When you select the plugin it will have a list of races and size and type sliders, the first set of sliders affects the global group and setting type probability to 100% will make it appear on all npcs that can use it, ie; males or females.

If you select 100% and still get people in underwear or no sos model for the types you selected then you have a load order/skeleton problem or an issue with papyrus not being able to update fast enough.

well, i made sure to have the load order correctly as o do have a lost of addons, i set the probability to 100% but like i said, it only shows up when i set it manually on the npc

 

so it might be papyrus but not sure if so and how to fix it, or im wondering if im not setting things correclty in sos settings
