Dead island mods?

A friend and I were replaying Dead Island recently, and while we were playing he swore he once had a mod for the game that gave various characters bigger breasts, but neither of us could find said mod the little we hunted around for it online.  Does this ring a bell with anybody?  For that matter, what mods were there for the game?  I read once somewhere that the game was not an easy thing to mod.
