Need help: boobs doesn't bounce

I have:

1. BnB bodyExtender Compatability skeleton

2. T6M bnb

 

They are at the end of the load sequence.

 

but the boobs just doesn't bounce, what have I done wrong?

 

Mod I also using:

Precision Collision

Collision Meshes
