[What is] Where would I find this hair mod?

Hello, I was browsing loverslab and came across an album containing these images. This, this and this. To the best of my knowledge, this hair exists as a part of the SG hair pack mod but my question is where can I find the physics version as shown within the images?

It's a wig, but you can change colors by equipping it and then using the "showracemenu" command. The only problem is that it reverts back to it's default colors if you take it off or change cells.
