Help converting piercings.

I am trying to convert these nipple piercings to fit a CBBE Slim body (the original are for normal CBBE Curvy).

I just can't get it to work, I don't have 3ds max and I don't know how to load both the CBBE Slim body mesh and the piercing mesh at the same time without it.

 

Tried adjusting the position of the piercing manually but when I fire up my game with the edited mesh my skin texture is completely bugged out, it's all black and blocky. I honestly don't know how to do this:huh::huh:, could someone please help me out here.

 

Or maybe do the conversion for me... *wink wink* It's a matter of moving the position of the piercing to where the nipple is located on the slim body instead of the curvy body. It shouldn't be difficult but I am just an idiot when it comes to nifskope.
