One day my game wouldn't load. Loot told me that some files were missing, then suddenly told me more files were missing. I handreplaced each and every mod that suddenly went missing and this is how my game looks like now. I reinstalled the Skeleton too.

The result is because some NIF files are missing.

To better understand which one is missing, go again to an area where you see the red exclamation point, open the console and click on the red item.

On the bottom-right, you should have the name of the mod altering or adding the NIF, reinstall the mod.
