Help Remoddeling this Jacket

Hi, I got this mod from nexus before they taken it down. It's basically the Boarderlands Lilith Costume in UNPB. I tried contacting the original poster (ThomasR100), but it seem Nexus took down all communication with him so I'm coming here to ask is there a way to remodel and take out the "poofy" upper part of the jacket. The poofy part clips with many hair including vanilla and Apachii. The author also added the texture assists before it has gotten taken down. Thanks in advance.
