OK I'm uploading two of my custom body's I made both have the white skin issue I been trying to fix here is the link.

the white skin issue is being caused in blender. If you go into vertex paint mode it just does that. I had it happen to me before.

Ok so how do you fix it?

I think you can fix it in nifskope. You just need to copy and paste the correct bsshaders from a working mesh onto your mesh but delete the old bsshaders first. I have tried this on one of your bodies from the TNA project http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/17273 and it seems to have stopped the mesh from turning white.
