Returning to Skyrim : must-have mods ?

Hello !

 

So I've been wanting to return to Skyrim lately, since there's a ton of mods that came out. For the record, last time I played was while Anatriax's overhaul mod list was still new and relevant.

However, I'm feeling kinda overwhelmed because of all the stuff I don't know about.

 

Would someone happen to have some sort of list of stable "must-have" mods, be it for environment visuals, character appearance (some people around here post stunning ones, I'd very much like to get the same results), or the most common adult mods nowadays (I'll mostly be playing to mess around with those)? I believe there's no guide of any kind like the one Anatriax made back in the day.
