quest system like old rpg's or fvn- like mod?

Hey guys. I was wondering if there is any "kill essentials mod" out there that also tells you what quest you can't do anymore once you kill that character. A bit like the old rpg's like morrowind and fallout new vegas used to work like. In fallout new vegas whenever you killed someone it told you that quest this and that weren't possible anymore. that's what i'm looking for too. Anyway thanks for anyone taking the time to look at this post.
