Can someone tell me what mod this is?

Whenever I talk to anyone, there's an option that says "Uh?". If I select it, the NPC responds "Did you think you can get away with that? I am going to put you in chains for this!", and then my character is put into a random assortment of Devious Devices equipment. Does anyone know which mod this comes from, or how to turn it off? It's from Cursed Loot. It's there because of a bug that's going to get fixed.
