Male voice sets- not found, or not made?

There's the option to enable voices for the PC, though all of the ones I can select sound like female voices. Are there male sex voices for the PC, that I just haven't found?

 

(I checked most of the voices available, though not all, of 1-6. 7,8, and 9 gave errors stating that there wasn't a voice set for them.)
