In short, where what are the mods that allow the PC to have sex with the follower/companion.

Sex em up... walk up to the companion (or anyone for that matter) and hit the hotkey to initiate sex. Boom! Done deal.

 

If you are talking about having sex with them upon waking from sleep, that would be Vinfamy's Vanilla Fudge.

Far as I know it only works with a male player. Are there any mods allowing for girl on girl. I mean, of course it's possible with Sex em up, but only using male animations and voice.
