Invisible Console Command Window Request

I was wondering if anyone knows of a mod that makes the window for entering console commands (you know, the panel that pops up when you wanna coc or player.additem) invisible.  I want it invisible so that only the text can be seen.  I could have swore I've seen a retexture of it somewhere in the past but I cannot find it via Google search at this moment.

 

Alternatively, I'm familiar enough with Gimp to do my own retextures, or if I have to edit some properties in Nifskope I can do that as well.  If someone could point me to where the .dds or .nif file would be (if it exists) for that panel/window then I could go in there and retexture it or edit it myself.  I would just need to know what to set for full transparency and not partial transparency.

 

If anyone has any information then thank you very much in advance.  It would be an extreme quality of life thing for me for a little project I want to test out.
