Make an equippable stuff skin tinted? (Airy ears)

Okay, the main reason why i post this topic in the adult mods because i used mayatola's Futa Equippable Penis mod as example.

 

Here i was trying make the Airy ears use the character's skintint but rather failed with it

I did try everything (possible everything) so far but the ears just only keep stay with their default color, i hope maybe somebody else can help about what im doing wrong.

 

Simply i just want use these ears but its not matching with my character's skin color so.... ehh..

I could just change the base color for match with my character's skincolor but i would like make it for everybody who want use these ears without fiddling around with the texture's color.
