Finding the right address for Dll conversion.

Hook files commonly contain address that will have to undergo some modification for each environment, and though with SKSE those part are now contained in SKSE functions they will still pop up from time to time.

So how do I find what increment does an address need to modify fo them to function under a new version of Skyrim Executable?
