Schlongs clips through body?

So, im not really new to modding Skyrim, but i havent touched it in a bit. Last was a few SexLab versions back. I saw gifs/videos of sex scenes where the penis does not clip through the female body even tho its pretty "big". What i remember was back in the days, if the penis was too big, it would just clip through, especially for creature/female human sex.

 

Now im reading from things like HDT vag, SOS support and such. Can someone explain what i exactly need to not have the penis clip through the body? Are there any mods that can check for it?
