Mindcontrol/Lovespell thingy mod?

So I'm looking for something that would let my sim kinda control other sims or at least play with their relationships. If you have played a game called "A spell for all" you'll know exactly what I'm looking for (and if you haven't I recommend you do, good game). Does something like this exist? preferably something that works with whicked whims.
