Randomize bodypaint on NPCs

I started using this mod https://www.loverslab.com/topic/78404-mbhrop-male-body-hair-racemenu-overlays-plug-in/   to customize the PCs body hair through a mix of bodypaints.

But as far as I know, only the PC has those bodypaints.

I want a mod where I could assign these bodypaints at random to male NPCs so that my char doesnt seem out of place.

I dont want to individually change each NPC, I want it to be random.

if you use race menu, try this https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/2811-the-manipulator/, it has a race menu plugin that allows you to change certain aspects of any npc, including body paint and tats
