hey guys im gonna compile most great file hosting for uploading mods and stuff, some of them are totally free and not hiding any gimmicks that force you to pay.

1. Sendspace

" a great site will let you use download manager for quick access"

2. billionuploads

" if megaupload have siblings , this site will be this , billion uploads let's you upload like premium users a non register user also can download like premium , i suggest everyone on LL that host big mods around 300-400 mb use this website for better speed"

3. 4shared

" this site is simple , pretty much explanatory here"

4. Mediafire

" ever since this site released a lot of links taken down lately this site required to updating links every week for free user."

5. Filesbb

" another Great website similiar like billionuploads but require premium access to download larger then terrabyte memory not that you want to"

6. Jumbofiles

" this one is an ok site"

so these are six files that i recommend every modders to use if you want to start hosting files but imo billion uploads is way better then all these sites it depends on your liking.

4. Mediafire

Really? I've used MediaFire for years and everything seems the same to me other than the layout changing every so often. I just checked on my older files and the links still work. Where did you hear about needing to update links?

Edit: Checked their blog and they've added the ability to create "one time" links that no longer work after the first download, but it appears to be completely optional.

The only ones that I knew about before reading this were 4shared and megaupload. But these other sites seem fine, thanks :)
