Make sim both parent and sibling?

The mother and son made a baby, but for the son the sibling only shows up as sister. Can you fix it so that it says both?

Try altering relationships with MCCC

This is not a thing you can really do successfully no matter what because of sims 4 coding and such. In the same way that you cannot have a parent and child be in the same age group when making sims in cas there is probably something that won't work right if you change the relationships. Not saying you can't use MCCC to do it but just look at your the family tree in simology.
