Help converting armor with bodyslide

I have been trying for hours to understand how bodyslide works i tried the tutorials and i just can't understand it. All i want is this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/80267/?tab=description to be unpb and at this point its causing me anxiety attacks trying to do this so if someone can please just help me with this i would appreciate it.
