Pain causes stagger mod help

Helllo Everyone I was looking for a mod that will cause the npc or player to stutter and change their Expressions to Pained ones on taking damage especially by lightning.

The main reason I want this is to make the girls milked by Mobile milker armour to actually twist and writh in agony as the electricity burns them and the pump ruthlessly milks them.

If anyone knows of any mod that will effect this, Please tell me, Id be much grateful.
