Several Game Issues

Hi yall! I've been having an increasing amount of odd issues w/ my game that have started within the last few months of me playing and I haven't been able to fix them through TES5Edit or other means, so I thought that I'd take a chance here and see if anyone would be able to help me out or offer advice. 

1.)  Models are 't-posing' for lack of better term. It started about a month back with children and argonians, and progressed to people marked as elderly, orc, vampire, and now as of a day ago, khajiit are affected. Anyone with these races stand in place in a frozen position and do not move spare for their faces/mouths moving to talk and blink. Not sure what's doing this but I'm very new to the more technical side to mods so i could be making a very simple or stupid mistake when installing mods. 

2.) As of this week, any save file using the Lykaios race that I try to load will load in correctly, but all of my mods restart and load in. My character is suddenly human and missing a head, and as the mods start to load in the screen will start flashing black at a slow pace. Have not found any ways to fix this, don't know what's doing it. I read that some of this could be caused by having too many mods, but I've gone through and removed and cleaned out ones that I don't use or need for other mods, so this shouldn't be an issue anymore. 

 

All mods are up to date as far as I know, same with FNIS and GenerateFNIS. I'll post my load order below and can add any other info needed or screenshots of the issue if i can get any. I have not had any issues with CTDs and the game seems to work fine other than those issues. I don't know much abt load order and am likely making a very simple and stupid mistake. Thank you in advance!

I think you need to sort your load order. I'm pretty positive it's a bit out of whack. Nearly positive your skeleton should below things like Estrus.

 

Probably a FNIS problem.

 

Someone here with greater experience than my own can hopefully help you out. In the meantime, you should give them more relevant information, like whether you're using NMM or MO (and if the latter, use modwat.ch, so people can look at both sides), and, googling "skyrim t pose" nets about 259k results, so chances are, your problem has been asked and solution has been posted. Probably a bunch of times. And it's hopefully something simple. Try searching "t pose" in combination with some of your sexlab framework mods.

Uhhhh...hopefully cleaned those out and started a new game? You can't just go removing mods and continuing with save games (even with a save game cleaner, its marginal at best).

Yes, I've cleaned them out and started a new game several times, the problem persists.

I'll definitely add that information, and I have been searching up the issues to see what other people have suggested but so far nothing has been of any help for me : (
