Infinite Load Screen on New Game (Oldrim)

Basically what the title says. I pick "new game" and I just stare at the logo and listen to the theme music until I close the game with the task manager

I'm no expert, but that load order looks out of whack, to start. Even if you've run LOOT, it isn't the end-all. (For instance, lighting mods should be as close as possible to the bottom of your load order.) Also, you might need to make a patch for leveled lists? Maybe not.

 

Safety Load and Load Game CTD Fix would be helpful starting points. There's also another system I've been reading about (can't remember the name off the top of my head) but it basically starts all your scripted things in the background when you launch. This way, they're not all bottlenecking when you're trying to load into your saved game. Google a bit, check on r/skyrimmods...I'm sorry I can't recall the name!
