Succubus Heart 4.19 Drain issue

I hope this is the right place to post this (tried once before apparently picked the wrong place that time).

 

SuH 4.19 is installed, but the drain function never fires, I do occasionally get XP from sex but its not reliable and I can't figure out a pattern.
