Trying to use a Follower as PC

Trying to use a follower as my PC using RaceMenu, I tried importing sculpt data but the follower also has custom head files and without them it didn't work. Any idea how to do this properly, or is there a tutorial somewhere? I searched but I couldn't find what exactly I'm looking for.

First off i only been using CK for 2 days now...so no clue what i am talking about really..  but i believe you can go and find the headparts in CK and tick the playable box and then it might work

I don't get it, how do apply that on my own character? So far I could only import FaceGenData files in RaceMenu but it doesn't work, the result looks like a Hagraven/Skeever crossbreed.

Well if the headpart you are trying to use is not playable.. you cannot put it on a playable character, im assuming that is the problem. First thing i would try is make that headpart playable in CK. Which follower face are you trying to use anyway ?
