Question for Mamba 101 about Celebrity sims

what folder do I download your celebrity sims to? Is it the mods folder? how do I access the downloaded celebrity sim when I am playing the game?  Thank you in advance for your help.If anyne else knows the answer welcome the help.

if you're downloading the tray files for a sim, they go in your Tray folder.
