my sims does not go to work i can not even get her to watch porn videos on the computer. Infact I think I did not understand this mod so if you could explain to me what this mod is that would be nice. thank you

Soviel ich weiß gibt es keine Pornofilm auf dem Computers  sonder n auf dem Fernsehen im Romantikkanal

This is most likely due to trying to use a mod that hasn't been updated to the recent pets (cats and dogs) update for TS4.

If it's the wicked jobs mod, it's supposed to work like a regular job in TS4 including objectives that lead to promotions and such (same with Insolent's Erotic career). It hasn't been updated since the whole mod-pocalypse that was the November and Cats and Dogs updates, so that's why it isn't working properly (aka your sims won't go to work). Best you can do is wait for an update.
