Changing eyeball color for human races

Hi. I was wondering if anyone out there knows how to change the color of the whites of the eye for the human races. I want my mage to have the blue-set-in-blue eyes of the Fremen from Dune. Thanks for your time. Here's a pic of the look I'm going for:

As far as I know iris and sclera use the same dds file.

Yep you pretty much just have to open the dds of whatever eyecolour you want and retexture the white part around the iris.
