Frost Atronach Missing

[DimensionalChaos]

Frost atronachs and thralls do not conjure properly. The purple conjuration ball-thing appears, but the frost atronach is never actually created. I'm doing Dawnguard right now, and the boss fight for Arch-Curate Vyrthur requires a frost atronach to be spawned and defeated, so i can no longer continue the questline.

the papyrus log is attatched. I believe that Creature Framework is the problem, but i would rather not uninstall it.

EDIT: I realized the log could use some clarification. All i did was load a save and attempt to summon a frost thrall.
