Player Size Altering Spell

Trying to find a mod that allows you to swap between two states, similar to PSQ, that can change the following for a female character:

• Player's Skin Color
• Player bodyslide sizes (arms/body/legs)
• If the player has a dick or not, or changes dick sliders
• Modify stats (health, stamina, magicka)
• Change/remove outfit

 

From my memory, PSQ does some of these, but not all, and I'm unsure which it does with the newest version. If theres another mod that does more, or if PSQ does most of them now, please let me know.
