Another weird CTD issue...

Sometimes I really hate this game... sigh. So my game CTD's everytime I try to load a save. Any save, be it an old one or a new one I just created. When the loading screen is about to finish, I can hear the game sounds, but the image freezes on the loading screen for a second or two, then boom, CTD. But get this, if I remove an esp from my modlist and SKSE warns me of missing esp, then the loading screen that follows is an empty black one and the game loads in fine and I can play with no issues, until I die and the game tries to reload the last save again.

From the main menu load screen... open the console and try typing COC QASMOKE

soon as you can once you load the test cell, try loading your saved game that is stuck.    If you manage to load it..  try moving to a smaller interior room and saving.. then see if that salvages your game.

 

If this is the case.. it could be possible your game needs more time to load stuff due to your mod load.   This is reflected by the time given to the game when the warning box comes up allowing you to load your game.   So you can try bumping up your fpostloadupdatetimems to 2000 giving you more time to load between screens and alleviating the issue.

Remove any undefined elements and unattached instances you find... but leave the formlists alone for now. Save under a new name so as not to overwrite your corrupted save.
