Are you using Mod Manager or NMM? I strongly recommend using MM if you are not using either or you are using NMM, and leaving it to LOOT to arrange it for you, it never once has let me down. If it still crashes doing that, then it is most likely not a problem with the order, but incompatibilities (I believe a missing master would make it crash on startup so it can't be that).

 

Also, it would be helpful to know if it crashes 5 min. in doing the same thing or it crashes whatever you are doing, even if you don't move.

Remove wet and cold... 

add crash fixes https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/2551-crash-fixes/  add SKSE preloader... modify crash fixes ini file as instructed on front page for using OSallocators.
