Is it possible to set a Sims frame/clothing preferences before they become a teen?

I have a male child sim, who I want to have a feminine frame and clothing preferences.

 

I could change the Sim in CAS once they become a teen, but I was wondering is there a code I can use to do it?

Last time i checked it's no longer possible to change those settings once you place the sim into the world, It used to be where you just go to a mirror to change it any time you want but then a patch got rid of it so now you can only do it to a newly made sim rather then a born sim.

Nope these cheats work. I have applied them to toddlers to impact their outfits as children as well as to children to affect their outfits as teens.
