Textures disappearing

Textures are disappearing in game and game shortly crashes shortly after. I would scroll over steel great sword then it would appear black and other cloth clothing would appear blue. This has never happened before. Is it a memory allocation problem because I made the necessary .ini file edits and put the SSME .dll's in the Data folder, even after that it still crashes.

I read some results for people having similar problems and  said that it was a memory allocation issue. I already watched the Gophers video about Skyrims memory (in its entirety). Some help would be greatly appreciated.

specs: i7 1070 8gb and 16 ddr4
