SLAnimLoader wont Register Animation packs

I've got the basics installed and working fine, but I'm having some trouble with the Animation Loader.

 

I installed SLAL.  J Container is installed.  XP32 is there as well.  In-game I can see the Animation Loader in the MCM but its not show me my Animation packs.

Put both the animation loader and the pack near the bottom of your load order, that is what fixed it for me after searching for a long while.

No he means the loadorder, which is the plugin tab on nmm. It is probably best to run LOOT as it will do its best to sort the load order for you. After that manually tweak it if necessary
