Help Making a custom follower with custom race to use custom animations!

I'm currently making a follower with creation kit. I've googled loosely through-out the creation how to make my follower use custom animations such as idle and walking animations, to no avail. Though it must be possible because there are followers out there that already have their own animations. Anyone of you know how to? Also knowing how to add custom voice lines such as shouts and moans when in combat would be nice too. By custom race I mean my follower is already using a custom race that I created, I just said that in the title in case it made a difference.

Hi, I'm using a trick to do that, but the race still have occasional T-poses. PM me with the list of custom animations you want to use with your race and I'll try to help.
